Our garments are made to order and handcrafted just for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. We do not offer exchanges or returns once an order is placed. If you need alterations, we are happy to help.

For international shipments, the customer pays return shipping for alterations. We recommend at least one trial fitting to ensure the best size.

No Exchange Policy

All orders placed with Nouralchemyy are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Please carefully check the product details before placing your order. Exchanges will only be considered in case of a wrong or damaged product received, subject to verification.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customised, altered, bridal, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos, order details, and an unboxing video. Our team will review the request and guide you with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the product has been inspected and approved by our team. The refund timeline may depend on the payment method and banking process.

Shipping Charges

Return or exchange shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified wrong or defective product delivered from our side.
